The research trainings will be grouped into five modules: analytical aspects of contaminant monitoring (three trainings); up-scaling of bioremediation processes and modeling (two trainings). These trainings are intended primarily for helping raise the research profiles of UBFC researcher staff and ESR.
The application is now open, and you can find more details here: Short term exchanges- application open - News (pfastwin.org)
Additionally, management and administrative capacities will be improved by organizing trainings and mutual visits to ensure the exchange of knowhow and establishing relationships between partner organisation’s international offices. In order to increase the competitiveness of UBFC in the mobilization of national and international funds, and expand its knowledge on the project proposal writing, project management and reporting etc, a series of lectures and seminars will be organized for UBFC researchers, PhD students and administrative staff. All the material from the past seminars can be found here: Seminars on preparation of project proposals and project management - Events (pfastwin.org)
Three summer schools will be organized which will help introduce more researchers, especially ESR, to the PFAS pollution monitoring and remediation strategies and spread the scientific excellence. Application procedure for PFAStwin summer schools will be announced here.
